Seven years ago, I started Lions Prep with one simple goal: to help busy people eat better. I wanted to eliminate the burden of meal prep while ensuring no compromise on the quality and taste of food. What started with me cooking and hand delivering meals from my one-bedroom apartment, grew into a nationwide movement, with millions of chef-crafted, nutritionally packed meals being delivered to your doorsteps.
During this time I learnt a lot, both about food and the reality of what we are putting in our bodies. It’s clear to me that change is needed – now more than ever – and that change is Frive. My ultimate goal for Frive is to provide a convenient food service that offers 100% organic ingredients without the hefty price tag, freeing us from a food system that compromises our health for profit.
Our portion-controlled meals not only tackle food waste but reflect our dedication to benefiting both our health and the planet. This is my promise to you: no artificial ingredients, preservatives, or flavour enhancers, and no compromises. Pure food – just as it’s meant to be.
