Where does Frive deliver in the UK?
We've got most of the mainland UK covered, though some remote areas in Scotland might be a bit tricky due to courier limitations. But don't worry, you can easily check if we can reach you during the order process.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Life happens, we get it! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime directly through your account settings. Cancellations will be processed after you've received all your paid meals. Just keep in mind, due to the way we plan and prepare your deliveries, we can't cancel orders past the cut-off times.
